Selecting the right chair could be a challenge. Your chair should be comfortable to sit on. It is also a good idea to get a chair that has a slightly reclinable back. Also there are chairs available in the market which has the provision to adjust the height of the seat. This is an extremely good investment especially since people have different heights and they require different angles in respect to the table top to suit their comfort.

Lastly make sure the office space is not cluttered. Avoid keeping excess of furniture items such as paintings, lamp stands and show pieces. A cluttered office has a psychological effect on your employees and will stem their work performance. Keep desks towards the wall and make a large open space. This will make the room look bigger.
